Welcome to Fuya Digital. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Local SEO Dashboard, website, applications, and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services

Fuya Digital provides digital marketing, local SEO reporting, website management, and Google Business Profile management tools and services.

Our platform enables users to connect authorized Google Business Profile accounts and access related business information, analytics, reviews, and performance insights.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Access only data and accounts that you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Google Business Profile Integration

Our platform uses Google’s OAuth authorization process to access Google Business Profile information that users explicitly authorize.

Users may revoke access permissions at any time through their Google Account settings.

We do not claim ownership of your Google Business Profile data.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, designs, features, and functionality provided by Fuya Digital remain the property of Fuya Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Interfere with platform operations or security.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities.
  • Violate the rights of other users or third parties.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuya Digital disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that data provided through third-party integrations will always be complete, accurate, or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuya Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
  • Continued access may pose a security risk.
  • Required by law or third-party service providers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
